MORE® AntiEtch® Protection Warranty

A MORE® AntiEtch® Certified Applicator must install MORE® AntiEtch® (“Product”) in accordance with application instructions provided by MORE Surface Care, LLC (“MORE”). The MORE® AntiEtch® Certified Applicator must register the MORE® AntiEtch® Warranty (“Warranty”) at www.moresurfacecare.com/pages/more-antietch-anti-etch.

Warranty

MORE offers a 10-year limited warranty on the Product when installed in accordance with MORE specifications and applicable industry standards and building codes. MORE warrants to the original owner that the Product will be free from manufacturing defects, will resist stains and etching, and will not deteriorate under normal use for 10 years. This 10-year limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the Product, nor does it eliminate the need for routine maintenance and cleaning. This 10-year limited warranty covers the Product only and excludes all claims related to the underlying natural stone surface.

Exclusions

All other warranties are disclaimed. The warranty stated above is in place of all other warranties, express or implied, to the extent of the law. MORE expressly disclaims or limits all other warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of remedies: the refund/replacement remedy stated in this warranty is the only remedy against MORE available to owner or to any other party. In no event will MORE be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising out of or connected to the Product, nor pay damages in any amount exceeding the original price of the Product shown to be defective. Some states and/or provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Some states and/or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you.
